If I move to a rural area, how might that limit my Medicare Advantage plan options?
Answer: There are fewer providers altogether in rural areas and a percentage of those providers may not be in-network or may even refuse to take any patients' with an Advantage plan. Emergencies are covered wherever you travel in the USA and it would be prudent to contact your Advantage plan company if you're staying in a new or alternative USA location for more than a week or so.
