Q&A with Michele Wagoner
Answer: It absolutely was supposed to be a review of your plan and comparing the other plans to them. Unfortunately for us agents we don't get a memo that says after open enrollment ends the doctors choose to cancel certain carriers for their new year which happens often. You do have the option to call and cancel that plan and stay on the one that you are just call the Carrier to do so or call the agent that assisted you and they can help do that with you on the phone. If there is another plan that you would prefer that would offer to cover your primary care doctor and specialists, then you could enroll in a new plan in January and it would start on February 1st. Hope this helps!
