I'm Michael Barnes, and I've been helping people in Hagerstown and throughout Maryland with their senior health insurance for over 25 years. I started out as a respiratory therapist working in the medical field for 12 years. I saw firsthand what happens when people don't have the right health coverage. I saw the stress it caused patients and families. That experience taught me something important. Healthcare decisions aren't one size fits all. They're personal. They're local. And they matter.

I know Hagerstown and this area. I grew up here. My roots are here. I've served on nonprofit boards and I've been with the Hagerstown Community Free Clinic for over 18 years, currently as board president.
