No, not really. The maximum out of pocket is growing every day and often, is more cost than a year of premiums for a med supp. Also, so many other reasons that you would want to consider anmed supp, not an advantage, not just simple costs.

Answer: If you contact a Medicare insurance agent, they should help you with that. Otherwise, you yourself can go to Medicare.gov, put in your zip code, the type of plans you are looking at, and some other demographic information. Then, you input all of your medications, the doses and milligrams. The website will show you the best plan for you based on your medications and costs and living area. It's a very simple program to use.

Answer: I do not know what other agents charge. I do not charge a client to help them get enrolled in Medicare.

Each carrier have their own formulary that places medications on a specific tier, typically based on cost.
