About Me
Matthew Claassen, CMT is CEO of Medigap Seminars; an independent insurance
brokerage specializing in Medicare. Medigap Seminars helps people with their Medicare
and retirement needs in 49-states. His educational Medicare videos are among the most
popular Medicare videos in the country and can be found on YouTube or his website.
Before founding Medigap Seminars in 2015, Mr. Claassen owned and operated Claassen
Research, LLC a hedge fund and mutual fund advisory specializing in intermarket
correlations and economic sector rotation throughout a business cycle. Prior to Claassen
Research he earned financial analyst designation as a Chartered Market Technician
(CMT) and managed portfolios for high net net-worth individuals for several decades.
From the late 1990s to early 2000s Mr. Claassen created and hosted what became the
number one radio talk-show in the Washington-Baltimore are called The Technical View,
complimenting his financial seminars and newsletter of the same name.
Mr. Claassen is a Master Gardener and spends his down-time nurturing his 2 ½ acre lot
in South Florid filled with varieties of tropical fruit and medicinal plants.

I always hear good things about Medigap Seminars. They have great videos that are very informative and helpful for retirees or people who are retiring. I got great service from everyone who helped me to apply and enroll a Medigap plan. If I were to change my plan in the future I would call them first without any hesitation!

Jordan has been absolutely amazing in helping me get my husband set up with Medicare. She is so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions along the way! Once things were approved, she called me to let me know they were approved and that I can expect his welcome packet in the mail. She is so attentive, great with details and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her on this process. I'd highly, highly, highly recommend Jordan and if I could give 10 stars, I definitely would!

Medigap has the best educational videos to help inform folks eligible for Medicare, and their personable customer representatives reach out to make sure clients are aware of rate changes, policy changes, and continue to compare policies to make sure their clients are getting the best deal for their money. We have and will continue to recommended them to friends.
