My Medicare Advantage plan listed my doctor, but now they say he's out of network. How is that even allowed?
Answer: All Medicare Advantage plans contract with Physicians. The Physicians can leave a network for a variety of reasons, generally that happens at the end of the year. This is why the companies send out an annual Notice of change known as an ANOC.
