About Me

Born and raised in Lancaster, I’ve always called this community home. After completing my military service and earning my college degree, my wife Rachel and I made the decision to return to Lancaster and plant our roots where it all began.

Soon after moving back, I began my insurance career with Cigna Healthcare, where I spent eight years gaining valuable experience and building relationships. When Cigna closed an office in December 2002, I saw an opportunity to continue serving the community I love—so I founded HFC Insurance.

For more than 20 years, HFC Insurance has grown into a trusted local agency, known for providing personalized, comprehensive insurance solutions to individuals, families, and businesses. But my commitment to Lancaster goes far beyond the walls of my office. I’m passionate about supporting local initiatives, strengthening our community, and contributing to its long-term growth and success. One of my greatest joys is speaking to groups—whether it’s at a local business, or community event—where I get to take the often-confusing world of insurance and make it simple, practical, and even fun. I believe every audience member should leave with at least one “nugget” of useful information they can put into action right away, and I love seeing those lightbulb moments when something finally “clicks.”
