If you are becoming Medicare eligible soon I highly recommend Luke Ordogne. He guided me through the entire process and answered all my questions. Cedar Grove represents several insurance companies and Luke explained the pluses and minuses of the companies and the plans offered. I met with Luke over the phone and in person and was never pressured once. He was extremely helpful to me.

My husband and I met with Michael and Luke. They are extremely knowledgeable about Medicare. They got me a policy with more benefits and less cost.. Saving money is important on a fixed income I have recommended them to my family and friends and will continue to do so.

I recently retired and was uneducated on Medicare and details of Part B and other supplement plans. Luke Ordogne took the time to educate me on the Advantage Plans also supplemental plans. I had a full understanding of my options plus all the details of each plan. He made me feel comfortable with my choices. I would definitely recommend Luke if you’re unsure what to do, as I was.

Plus: I had my appointment with Cedar Grove Senior Health Solutions on Tuesday, 9/8/26. My appointment was with DJ Wanner, a medical advisor there. His customer service skills over the phone were exemplary. He was personable and spoke with clarity about the subject matter which was for me to select my eventual Medicare plan and supplement. This was important because I am new and a novice to the Medicare space. I placed quite a bit of trust into what I was being told. We came to a solution and path forward for what I will do when I "come of age" (haha). Delta: I was never sent any kind of summary of what I decided upon with cost points and a total. No accounting of when things would happen. It is such that if I had not taken notes, there would have been no recollection of what was discussed and decided upon. That is not good business practice. My recommendation to Cedar Grove would be for advisors to provide a summary of what was discussed between advisors and potential clients. Meeting programs can transcribe meeting details to do that. While I remain an active businessman with solid meeting skills, the majority of potential clients are not so adept. Additionally, what we discussed, this is confusing by design. Please consider this recommendation if you want to prove the best customer service possible. Thanks, Matt A.
