Linda Gordon, Medicare Insurance Broker
About Me
CREDENTIALS MATTER!
Just like you want the best surgeon to repair your knee or shoulder, or the best attorney to represent you, you want to be sure the person helping you with your healthcare decisions has the background, knowledge, and years of experience to help you navigate all the Medicare options, to find you the best plan that covers your doctors, and has the lowest prices for your medications.
I'm originally from Miami but lived in New York City for 30+ years before returning to Florida. While living in New York, I was a former SHIP Counselor with HIICAP, affiliated with the New York City Department for the Aging, where I was trained & gained my knowledge & expertise in all aspects of Medicare. I bring that knowledge, along with compassion and understanding, to help my clients with strategies for better healthcare. Give me a call to find out what I can do for you.
I'm licensed in Florida, as well as North Carolina, North Dakota and New York.
Q&A with Linda Gordon
What are the reasons why I should work with a Medicare agent?
Answer: An experienced agent with credentials will give you unbiased information and find out what you are looking for and what you need. I was formerly a SHIP counselor and affiliated with the NYC Department for the Aging. Not many agents have that knowledge and expertise. You will want to work with an Independent Agent who is licensed to sell many different companies' products, vs a Captive Agent that only sells for one company and won't be able to advise you on plans they don't represent. In addition to helping a person navigate the many different options, I'm a Senior Advocate, look out for my client's best interests and can help you solve many issues before and during your enrollment in a plan. I'm known for solving difficult issues, helping my clients that have issues as an in-patient in a hospital, such as helping them delay being discharged when they don't feel they are ready to go home.
