Met with Randi to navigate the soup and nuts of Medicare, as I am turning 65 the end of July. She is very thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to explain and compare various plans/options using all the data (income, net worth, prescriptions) that I provided. I would definitely recommend Randi as she makes the process less intimidating. Is a great listener.

Mark was pretty thorough and showed several comparisons of plans just so I could see which would best fit my needs. Crosstown Insurance organized a fun event! We were able to get a Car Fit Safety check for free! The AARP car fit staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. The agents at Crosstown are always very helpful.
