Kay was very helpful in my search into the craziness of choosing Medicare supplemental plans. If she said she would contact me at a certain day or time, she always followed through. She had lots of options to choose from and explained everything and didn’t rush you. I would highly recommend her!

I spent countless hours trying to figure out Medicare plans, it was overwhelming and decided to get help. I was so glad I found SKW Insurance. Kay is so knowledgeable, and she is also patient and compassionate. She took the time to explain every part of the Medicare and different plans. She helped me to pick up the right supplement plan and drug plan, walking me through every step of the enrollment process, making my first-time enrollment process a breeze. She was incredibly responsive as well and followed up with me all the time to ensure all went well after enrollment. I can not thank her enough and highly recommend Kay for anyone looking for a Medicare agent!
