Justin spent so much time with us to make sure we understood all our options. There was no pressure, and LOTS of information was shared to help us determine the best options for us. When we had issues with my husband's coverage, Justin was very quick to respond and got the problem identified and addressed promptly. I will be referring friends to him and hope to work with him again during the next open enrollment period.
