Joseph DeBlassio was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything and was very patient. He answered all of our questions and made an extremely complex topic very easy to understand. He helped us choose the plan that is best for us, not the plan he would gain the most from us choosing. He was very open and honest about how much he makes depending on which plan we choose and he did not encourage us to pick the plan that would make him the most money. We felt very comfortable from start to finish and he did not push us to make any decisions right away. A five star experience from start to finish, and I will be recommending him to friends and family when they need help deciding on a Medicare plan themselves.

I was quite impressed with Joseph DeBlasio as a Medicare advisor. I just got off a one hour zoom meeting with him and now have a clear understanding of the Medicare program and the advantages of supplemental insurance Joe was very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain this complicated process. What do you like most about being a Medicare agent?
Answer: The ability to help my clients make informed decisions about their healthcare insurance. Too many times, I have seen someone who was not informed about their choices, that made a decision that negatively impacts their livelihood in retirement.
What is the biggest mistake seniors make when enrolling in Medicare?
Answer: Not properly understanding the enrollment periods and when you can and cannot sign up for original Medicare. This can lead to many issues, some of which include having a gap in health insurance coverage and having to pay late enrollment penalties.
