John Montelepre made the process of enrolling into Medicare easy and uncomplicated. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. He took the time to research which Medicare plan was best for me based on my current medical needs. The insurance plan he chose was perfect for me. He even assured me that if at anytime my medical needs changed that I can always call him and he will help me make the necessary changes to my insurance plan that best fits my new situation. I would highly recommend him.

I can’t say enough John Montelepre at Cedar Grove! Helping my parents navigate the world of Medicare was overwhelming for me. After connecting with John from Cedar Grove a weight lifted from my shoulders. He handled everything for my parents (myself included). He was thorough and caring, and genuinely went out of his way to help. He was in constant communication with us making sure we were informed and was a liaison between the insurance company and the doctors’ offices. Any question I had he replied promptly. He also made sure my parents had the absolute best plan for their health needs. I wholeheartedly recommend John and his team at Cedar Grove! He truly cares about his community and the people he serves!

Plus: I had my appointment with Cedar Grove Senior Health Solutions on Tuesday, 9/8/26. My appointment was with DJ Wanner, a medical advisor there. His customer service skills over the phone were exemplary. He was personable and spoke with clarity about the subject matter which was for me to select my eventual Medicare plan and supplement. This was important because I am new and a novice to the Medicare space. I placed quite a bit of trust into what I was being told. We came to a solution and path forward for what I will do when I "come of age" (haha). Delta: I was never sent any kind of summary of what I decided upon with cost points and a total. No accounting of when things would happen. It is such that if I had not taken notes, there would have been no recollection of what was discussed and decided upon. That is not good business practice. My recommendation to Cedar Grove would be for advisors to provide a summary of what was discussed between advisors and potential clients. Meeting programs can transcribe meeting details to do that. While I remain an active businessman with solid meeting skills, the majority of potential clients are not so adept. Additionally, what we discussed, this is confusing by design. Please consider this recommendation if you want to prove the best customer service possible. Thanks, Matt A.
