Answer: I don't feel there are "bad Medicare plans" but there are plans that can maximize benefits and align better with the care you need. I feel they are influenced by family and friends on different plans. What they see on TV, the call solicitors these things can wear them down.

Answer: You will be notified and your agent will be notified before 60 days that CCV has not been received and if they are still not able to provide the CCV then there is another SEP available to change your MAPD plan

Answer: Not at all. And they aren't taking over. There is a solid blend of Medicare Advantage and Medigap or Supplement plans, as well as those still on A&B only.
