I lead a wonderful group of professionals in serving residents of Iowa and Nebraska. The Smart Insurance Solutions® team is committed to providing expert advice, a variety of plan options, competitive pricing, and excellent service. We may use the latest technology to get the job done but what remains the same is spending time with each client getting to know their needs and providing ongoing service. We have offices in Omaha and Council Bluffs, but please note that an appointment is always required for face to face meetings.

I first became a licensed insurance agent in 2005 while working for Mutual of Omaha and specialized in Medicare and Life plans. From 2008 through 2013, I worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska and gained incredible experience by learning multiple aspects of the field like member services for all lines of business including employer plans, individual and family plans, and Medicare plans. Being that I was one of the very few bilingual employees, I had the great opportunity of working with many departments including compliance, quality assurance, marketing, communications, and more. My final 2 + years there were in the individual sales department before becoming an independent agent at the end of 2013.

I'm grateful for all the experience I acquired prior to becoming an independent agent because it gives me a unique perspective and true problem solving skills to help our clients. All of the ladies on my team were chosen for their skillset and dedication to ethics. Technology can be great but we firmly believe that it's the human touch/connection that brings clarity and security when making important plan choices.
