About Me

My name is Jerry Leavitt I have been in the Medicare Insurance Business since 2015. I am based out of Manchester NH and cover 6 states to include: NH, ME, VT, MA, FL, and SC. I conduct most of my appointments in person in my local states of NH, ME, VT and MA not to exceed 3 hours of travel time. I believe that meeting with my clients in person gains report and trust with both me and my clients. If you live less than 3 hours away from Manchester NH, I will schedule a time to meet with you in person.

During my career as a Medicare Insurance Agent, I worked for Humana for 8 years with two of these years hitting the presidents club as being the top agent in the Northeast for years 21 and 23. In 2023 I decided to branch off as an independent agent, which gives my clients a chance to change insurance companies and stay with me as their local agent. I believe giving my clients choices in Insurance is the best way to earn their trust. The companies I am contracted with are the companies that Medicare recipients know and trust i.e. Humana, United Health Care, Aetna, Anthem, WellCare, WellSense, Devoted and for the southern States Optimum and Freedom.

I am also a retired soldier who spent over 34 years serving my country in the Army. I was both Active duty and Reserve and ended up with a 20-year Active-duty retirement. I ended up retiring at the rank of 1SG out of Fort Drum NY. In the military I learned that respect and loyalty are two very important attributes to adhere to.
