Answer: Good question! Double check with your nearest social security office to get the most up to date information. Make sure you have a part D plan as well to avoid penalties even if you don’t take a medication!

Answer: Oh my gosh! Since being a nurse, working closely with people makes me the happiest. Being able to look at the big picture. A persons health history, then finding a plan that best meets those needs!

Don’t answer the phone unless you know the number. If it’s legit, they will leave a message.

Never give your social security or banking information. And never send people money.

Answer: Not having part D coverage when they turn 65. Even if you’re not taking any medications you still have to have this coverage to avoid penalties!

Answer: First reach out to their primary care doctor. They should be able to help facilitate that;)

Also the local Aging and Disability Resource Center nearest you is helpful. ADRC

This is not an easy task, and it’s good to ask for help!

Answer: I do not believe so. But I can’t predict the future. I hope it doesn’t when I’m Medicare age too:) Just being honest.

Answer: When you turn 65. Reach out to a supplemental agent for more information and direction on this subject.

Answer: Creditable coverage means it is acceptable by the Centers for Medicare. You need to have credible coverage to avoid penalties.

Answer: I believe there are many ways to do this. Simplest way is to set an alarm in your phone for daily reminders.

Answer: It can if your Dr prescribes it and you meet the clinical needs per your insurance.

Answer: I don’t think there is really any huge frustrations. If a potential client has an idea of what they want is helpful. I always recommend talking to friends and family to see what they have since you trust them most:)

Answer: Claim denial. I have not had any of my clients have any denials thus far. There is misinformation on tv. However it could be real for those under 65. But none of my clients have had denials.
