Heidi went above and beyond all are expectations. Asked what were the most important items regarding are health care needs. Checked to make are doctors were in the plan. Were planning on making and appointment with Heidi to see if the plan were on has made any changes and asking her for advise on other plans to see if they better serve are health care needs.

Answer: A local agent will have a better understanding of the doctors and facilities in the area. This is important as to know which Medicare plans these providers are in-network with.
