My Medicare career began in the late 1980s, and over 43 years, I've seen the products evolve. Staying updated on changes like Medicare Advantage and prescription drugs helps me serve clients confidently and effectively.

In the early years, I spoke at agent meetings and seminars, training new agents to follow safe practices and prioritize consumer needs. Today, my storefront office welcomes all community members, whether they are non-clients or premium-paying members. Local medical offices and Human Resources departments regularly refer inquiries to me because helping people is my passion and my commitment to the community.
