Geney Ruesga, Medicare Insurance Broker
About Me
About Myself (Geney Ruesga)
Born on a Navy Base and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, I spent 30 years surrounded by the culture, community, and traditions that shaped who I am today. In 1995, my family and I moved to Florida, where we spent eight wonderful years before relocating to Biloxi, Mississippi in 2003 to be closer to family and lifelong friends.
Returning to Mississippi inspired me to pursue a career in sales. I began working part‑time as a real estate agent while building a full‑time career as an insurance professional — a field I have now proudly served in for more than 20 years. From day one, my passion has been helping people protect what matters most, whether that meant guiding them to the right home or making sure they had the proper insurance coverage.
In 2009, I found my true calling: helping seniors navigate the complex world of Medicare. My mission has always been simple — to educate, guide, and support. I want every person I meet to feel genuinely cared for and fully confident in their choices. Over the years, many clients have become more than just customers. They’ve become friends. Some have even welcomed me into their families. We laugh together, we cry together, and we walk through life’s important moments side by side.
Thanks to the trust and loyalty of my clients — and the support of my own family — my business has grown into an agency I am incredibly proud of. Today, I lead a team of 12 dedicated, loyal agents, and I look forward to welcoming even more in the near future. Together, we are building something meaningful: a legacy my children can carry forward with pride.
At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to service, compassion, and community. This isn’t just a career — it’s my passion and my purpose.
