Answer: Yes , every carrier must send a notice of changes every year. The only exception is if the plan is non being renewed, then they are sent a notice of plan cancellation for the upcoming year.

What are the reasons why I should work with a Medicare agent?

Answer: Working with a broker licensed to help individuals with their Medicare decisions will have network, procedure, and pharmaceutical knowledge that cannot be matched. In addition, the broker will have accountability to make sure the client is satisfied with the plan.

Brokers are there during the entirety of serving the client, and assist in case there are any billing or care issues, along with a variety of benefit knowledge and make sure the client utilizes as much of the plan as possible. A broker’s job does not end with enrollment.
