I met with Olivia Reynolds on Feb. 03. 2025 to talk about the supplemental policy's to cover what medicare does not. She met me with a smile and welcomed me into her office. She could tell I was nervous, so she set me at ease as she ask me questions about my health needs. She talked about each and every option and helpped me make my decision on which plans that would best serve my needs. She was very professional but more important, I felt that I was talking to a good friend. I am so happy that I drove from Pass Christian to meet with her and I am grateful that she in now my Health Care Agent. I would highly recomment her to everone I meet!!
