Chynna reached out to me about reviewing my plan to make sure I was getting the best possible coverage considering my current plan had lots of changes I was unaware of. When I retired, I was looking for health insurance to bridge the gap between COBRA and Medicare. My financial advisor suggested Gary Smith thinking one of his agents could help. When I called, I was informed that they only take care of Medicare clients. Now at the age of Medicare, I went back to them for guidance. I met with Olivia Reynolds on Feb. 03. 2025 to talk about the supplemental policy's to cover what medicare does not. She met me with a smile and welcomed me into her office. She could tell I was nervous, so she set me at ease as she ask me questions about my health needs. She talked about each and every option and helpped me make my decision on which plans that would best serve my needs. She was very professional but more important, I felt that I was talking to a good friend.
