Answer: The biggest mistake seniors make when enrolling in Medicare is not getting enough information before enrolling, specifically when it comes to penalties.
Can you describe a time when you helped a client navigate a complex Medicare issue?
Answer: I had a client who had several health issues and a very high premium, I was able to help them work through their plan and found a plan that helped to save them money and fill in the gaps so they had complete coverage.
Why do some seniors end up paying lifelong penalties for Medicare Part B or Part D?
Answer: It's because there is so much information that is misleading. I believe the finding a good agent to work on your side will help seniors not make that mistake!
