With over 25 years of experience inside the health insurance industry, I bring far more than plan comparisons to my Medicare clients — I bring operational insight that most agents simply don’t have.
Before entering Medicare sales, I spent decades managing individual products, overseeing claims administration, enrollment, appeals, and member services. I’ve seen firsthand how policies work behind the scenes — what happens when a claim is denied, how appeals are reviewed, and where members often run into confusion with their Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
Today, I use that experience to guide clients not only toward the right Medicare plan, but toward a deeper understanding of how their coverage actually works. Choosing a plan isn’t just about premiums and networks — it’s about knowing what to expect when you use it.
