Answer: Yes, you can go to Social Security Administration at ssa.gov/extrahelp and apply for the Extra Help it’s a Low Income Subsidy Program if you qualify they help with Pard D premiums, deductible and copayments.
Answer: I believe Medicare is focused on being pro active with the seniors health since they will often offer a set of benefits aimed towards preventive services
Answer: IRA is aimed towards lowering prescription drug costs for seniors (Medicare Beneficiaries). Future political changes or legislation could alter or roll back parts of the IRA and we won’t know until full implementation is complete, benefits and rules may still change
Answer: You would be responsible for 20% with no annual cap, your Part A deductible, if you’re hospitalized multiple times you may have to pay it more than once, there is no max out of pocket with original Medicare.
Answer: Yes,, there are no penalties when changing back to Original Medicare and you can make that change from Oct. 15- Dec. 7, also during a qualifying circumstance for example moving outside of the service area.
Answer: My advice is to contact your Primary Care Provider for a good referral, they are more knowledgeable on the kind of care you will need when it comes to a specialty and a specialist provider.

Medicare Advantage: Emergency and urgent care are covered anywhere in the U.S.
Answer: It is always good to have a local agent because we provide on going support with finding in network providers, annual reviews with your plan, understanding new benefits, billing issues, long term relationships just a few of the value added services to having a local agent.
Answer: As a survivor if you were covered under his employer group insurance sometimes you may continue with the coverage with a higher premium or you may have to move to individual Medicare coverage.
