DeMarco Dawson was born in Forrest City, Arkansas, where he learned early the values of hard work, family, and perseverance. A 1992 high‑school graduate, he went on to attend college before discovering a calling that would shape the course of his life. Drawn to the opportunity to help others build security and peace of mind, DeMarco stepped into the insurance industry—an industry in which he would ultimately build a respected, sixteen‑year career.

Relocating to Little Rock, Arkansas, DeMarco built his professional life from the ground up.
