Answer: That is an interesting question! I believe that is not up to the Medicare authorities to try and distinguish between minorities based on ethnicity race or any other group, other than those issues related to general health care and insurance needs as well as affordability.

There are long term care plans but they need to be planned well in advance in order for coverage.
