About Me

Hi I'm David Karel, a Nevada Licensed Insurance Agent #210603, and the founder and owner of Medicare in Las Vegas, an independent Medicare health insurance advisory firm serving individuals, families, employers, HR departments, and community organizations throughout Southern Nevada. With approximately 30 years of experience in the health insurance and Medicare marketplace, I focus on making Medicare easier to understand and helping people feel confident about their coverage decisions.

My approach is simple: educate first, then help clients compare their options. Medicare can be confusing, especially for people turning 65, retiring, moving from employer coverage, reviewing their annual plan changes, or helping a spouse or parent make decisions.
