About Me

Chris Parmeter brings nearly a decade of senior care experience to his role as an independent Medicare Advisor and Senior Advocate. His background spans non-medical home care, senior community placement, and hands-on facility due diligence — giving him a perspective on the senior care landscape that few Medicare advisors can match.

Through years of working directly with seniors, families, and care communities throughout the greater Houston area, Chris recognized a critical gap: many senior living operators, despite their authority over residents' daily well-being, had limited familiarity with Medicare and its implications for the people in their care. Motivated by that insight — and a lifelong commitment to senior advocacy — he transitioned to Medicare services.

As the founder of Senior-Focused Advisors, Chris works independently, representing his clients rather than any single carrier. His mission is straightforward: replace confusion with clarity, fear with facts, and uncertainty with confidence — one conversation at a time.
