With more than eight years as the founder and executive chef of Meals of Dopeness, I built and managed a successful meal prep and catering business, overseeing everything from operations and client relations to marketing, recruiting, and team leadership. My passion for helping people has always been at the center of my career, first through nutrition and wellness as a personal trainer and chef, and now through health and life insurance.

Recently licensed in Maryland as a Life & Health Insurance Producer, I am excited to help individuals and families navigate their healthcare options with confidence. My background in service, education, and relationship-building has equipped me with the communication, problem-solving, and client-first approach needed to guide people through important coverage decisions, including Medicare.
