Answer: When you come off your husbands plan and are ready to enroll in part B, there is a form to give his employer to sign stating that you had credible coverage and you will submit that to Social Security so you don’t get a penalty, but you don’t need to do anything right now

I got a call from a "Medicare agent" promising me free groceries and I almost fell for it. Why is this kind of marketing allowed?

Answer: Some Medicare advantage plans offer grocery benefits to people on Medicaid or certain conditions. Not everyone qualifies.
