Chad has been my insurance guy for about ten years. He has helped me to find the best insurance plan every time I've needed help to make the decision. He is knowledgeable and confident while being warm and being sure what he recommends is best for me. He answers all my questions, explains things I don't understand or gets the answers for me. He never makes me feel dumb or uninformed only welcomed and important to him. He has a great sense of humor. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great insurance man/company.
