Keaton Lewis at CRM Group did an amazing job for me! Not only did he respond quickly and adjust his schedule to fit ours, but he also followed up right on his promised appointment time. I needed to get my Medicare Supplement plan in place before my upcoming birthday, and with a tight deadline before heading out of town, Keaton stepped up and handled everything seamlessly over the phone, removing all the stress from what could have been a very overwhelming process.
