When I began researching my options for Medicare in 2023 I realized a lot of the agents one speaks to are out of State. Many of the agents didn’t seem to care about me. Here’s the price, take it or leave it. I decided I wanted to find an Agent who served the Treasure Valley. I contacted Chad MacDonald, at CRM Group. He was very friendly and answered all my preliminary questions. Made an appointment and met him at his office. He throughly covered my questions and went over the legal disclosures. On renewal this year I needed to make a change in my coverage. Contact my local agent Chad Macdonald and he went over the options with me. The new policy is now in place.
