Answer: IRMAA has a 2 year look back and it is not permanent. There is also an appeals process for individuals if you feel your IRMAA was not calculated correctly.

Answer: No you will not lose your medicare benefits if you get married. Medicare is individually based. Most individuals that reach 65 years of age or have had disability for 24 months qualify.
