Carmen Coleman, MBA is the Founder, President and CEO of Lifetime Financial Group, LLC. an insurance brokerage firm founded May, 2009 located at 35 State Street, in downtown Rochester, NY.

Lifetime Financial Group, LLC is an Insurance Agency that specializes in Healthcare but can write any risk. Offering training and consulting to both individuals and groups on health-related programs in Medicare and Affordable Care. Lifetime Financial Group, LLC presents at Senior Centers and Professional Organizations throughout Monroe and surrounding counties. Working with Senior groups is a passion for Ms. Coleman.

In 2017, Ms. Coleman became a developer of the Historic First National Bank at 35 State Street, Rochester, NY 14614 a mixed use Commercial property where her business is now located.

Ms. Coleman has over 30 years of business experience. She began her career as a Manufacturing Engineer for Campbell Soup Company in 1986; then worked at Eastman Kodak Company in various capacities as an Engineer, Financial Analyst, Commodity Manager, Small Business Manager, and Manufacturing Manager from 1988-2001. Ms. Coleman started her Financial Services Career working for Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor before starting her own business.

Ms. Coleman received her Bachelors of Science from Drexel University in Industrial Engineering in 1986 and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) also from Drexel University in 2003. She held two Securities Licenses: Series 7 and 66. She has two Insurance licenses in Life, Accident and Health; and Property and Casualty. She is a licensed Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC™), a licensed Notary and a Registered Investment Advisor Representative.

Ms. Coleman is the mother of three children ages 23, 26, and 33. Her children are successful adults one a practicing attorney, another in Medical School and the oldest is a senior business executive. Ms. Coleman enjoyed serving as co-President of the Parent Teacher Conference (PTA) and leader in both Boy and Girl Scout positions.

Previously, Ms. Coleman serves as Board of Directors of the Rochester Chapter of the Hearing Loss Association of America – Rochester Chapter and previously served as Board secretary. Currently a Board of Director for Lifespan of Rochester.

As a certified scuba diver, Ms. Coleman enjoys traveling and exploring the sea in her free time. She is a Jazz enthusiast and is often seen volunteering for the Xerox Rochester International Jazz Fest.
