Greetings ,
My name is benjamin Patterson. I was born and raised in New Orleans La. Im a Marine Corps Veteran and now instead of serving my country on the battle field I do it on the boardwalk.
I have been in this industry for 10 plus yerars . My particular journey in the Medicare field started with my Great Aunt "Moonie" asking me to read her Medicare and me handbook to help her with plan selection. After observing the complexity of the language and the process of lan seletion based upon needs I realized there may be more "Aunt Moonies" having the same issue.
