Are Medicare Advantage plans really "free," or is that just clever marketing?
Answer: No - not all plans are "free"! There are some Medicare Advantage plans that have a monthly premium, and others are zero-premium plans. The type of plan a client chooses is based on their specific needs and preferences!
What are the 6 things Medicare doesn't cover?
Answer: Original Medicare does NOT cover:

2. Dental Cleaning

I live in a rural area with limited specialists and am interested in telehealth options. How does Medicare cover virtual visits for someone in my location?
Answer: Most Medicare Advantage plans have telehealth included in their plan. Please feel free to reach out and I can help answer your question further!
My Medicare Advantage plan listed my doctor, but now they say he's out of network. How is that even allowed?
Answer: While it's not too common and not a best practice, yes, it is allowed. My best recommendation is to meet with your Medicare agent annually to make sure all of your doctors and specialists are still in your network for the upcoming year. If you do not have a trusted Medicare agent, I would love to be that person!
I've heard Medicare covers an annual wellness visit. What exactly is included in this visit?
Answer: Most Medicare Advantage plans will include an annual wellness visit. This includes reviewing your medical history, risk factors, measurements such as height and weight, blook pressure and future screenings. The focus is on preventative measures and future planning!
