About Me
Why Trust Ali?
✓ 20+ Years of Medicare Experience
I've spent my career working in Medicare as an Executive and founded Blue Oak Benefits to create the kind of experience I believe every Medicare beneficiary deserves.
✓ Independent & Unbiased
I represent multiple Medicare insurance companies, so my recommendations are based on what fits your needs, not a single carrier's sales goals.
✓ Education Before Enrollment
You'll never be pressured into making a decision. My goal is to help you understand your options so you can choose with confidence.
✓ Your Advocate Year-Round
My relationship with clients doesn't end after enrollment. Whether you have questions about claims, prescriptions, providers, or annual plan reviews, you have got my number for life!
✓ Medicare Made Simple
Medicare can be confusing. I translate the jargon into plain English so you know exactly what you're choosing and why.
✓ Local, Accessible, and Responsive
Based in Jacksonville Beach, I work with clients both locally and across multiple states. When you call, you'll reach me not an automated line or a call center.

Caring, compassionate, tenacious – these are three words that best describe Allison’s approach to helping her clients with their health insurance questions, problems and concerns. My wife and I have had the benefit of Allison’s thorough knowledge of the insurance system over the last several months. We strongly recommend you get in touch with her and let her help you navigate the health insurance system.

My husband Michael has Parkinson’s disease as well as a Traumatic Brain Injury. Ali Hall was an incredible help in reviewing his insurance. She spent time explaining options regarding coverage, and ultimately finding a skilled in home physical therapist and cognitive therapist for no additional cost to us. He has made progress as a result of the therapies. Ali is very knowledgeable, patient and has helped me as Michael’s caregiver to learn about available resources. I so appreciate her compassion patience and support.

Q&A with Ali Hall
How do Medicare agents and brokers get paid?
Answer: When we assist with an enrollment, we are paid by the carrier (the insurance company). They pay us a commission each year that you are a member with them and we focus on advising you and being there for you with any questions.
Will Medicare cover Zepbound and other weight loss drugs in 2026?
Answer: Here is an email I recently sent my clients: Starting July 1, 2026, Medicare is launching the GLP-1 Bridge Program, which for the first time ever allows eligible Medicare members to access FDA-approved weight-loss medications at just $50/month. The covered drugs are Wegovy®, Zepbound® (KwikPen®), and Foundayo®.
To qualify, you generally need to:
• Be enrolled in a Medicare Part D or Medicare Advantage plan with drug coverage
• Need the medication for weight loss (not for diabetes or another condition)
• Meet clinical criteria set by your doctor
• Have your doctor submit a prior authorization through the Bridge Program
This program runs through December 31, 2027 and operates separately from your regular Part D plan.
If you think you might qualify or just want to talk through whether this applies to your situation please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to help!
Do you lose Medicare if you move out of the country?
Answer: You won't lose your Medicare eligibility, but Original Medicare becomes essentially useless overseas. If you move away permanently make sure you get separate international or local health coverage!
Are stair lifts covered by Medicare?
Answer: Unfortunately, no. They are not covered by Medicare because they aren't classified as durable medical equipment. If you are on Medicare Advantage call your broker or the number on the back of your card because you may be covered through your specific plan.
How much does Breztri cost with Medicare?
Answer: It depends on which Part D plan you have but generally the average out of pocket cost is around $45. According to Breztri's site, 81% of Medicare Part D patients pay $50 or less a month out of pocket for their BREZTRI prescription and 43% of Medicare Part D patients pay $10 or less a month out of pocket for their BREZTRI prescription.
Do Medicare Advantage PPO plans require referrals to see specialists?
Answer: No referral is needed for a specialist if you are on a PPO however if you are seeing a specialist outside of the network you should expect to pay more than one inside the network.
How many physical therapy visits does Medicare cover per year?
Answer: There is no annual visit limit for physical therapy under Medicare as long as it is medically necessary and your provider is documenting that correctly. If your doctor or therapist stops certifying necessity, coverage stops regardless of how many visits you have had.
What are the reasons why I should work with a Medicare agent?
Answer: A great Medicare broker is priceless for you and your loved ones! It costs you nothing to work with a Medicare agent because carriers pay us, not you. Medicare is genuinely complicated, the wrong plan can mean your doctor is out of network, your drugs are not covered, or you get hit with penalties that follow you permanently. And beyond enrollment, you get someone you can actually call when something goes wrong. I tell my clients to give my number to their spouse, children, and neighbor.
