Mr. Burks is a graduate of DePaul University where he earned a Bachelor of Education Degree; and Walden University where he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA), with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. He is a
small business developer and social advocate, consultant, counselor and teacher, a mentor, insurance advisor and broker.
Mr. Burks begin his insurance career in 2004, working as an independent Medicare Insurance Agent on a supervisor level. He managed numerous of agents under HealthSpring of Illinois. He is co-owner of Exclusive Senior Solutions and Co-Chair and CEO of the United People's Action Chamber of Commerce in Illinois
