Kari makes a very confusing situation, where multiple companies are vying for your patronage, very easy, stressless and pleasant... We are both very satisfied. ***UPDATE***06/12/2026**** Today I needed assistance with a time-sensitive switchover from one carrier to another for me and my wife. Maina Duncan had the entire thing handled inside of an hour, which is astonishing. Maina got us lined out with comparable/better Advantage plans which will allow us to keep our current providers and get a planned procedure done without hassle/delay. I walked into the office tied in knots, and Maina's good assistance and competence smoothed me right out! Maina's assistance was invaluable today!

Very satisfied. Due to circumstances, I missed the deadline for a Medigap policy and did not qualify with underwriting. Kari at ESI was super helpful in finding me an MA plan that meets my needs. Thanks!
